A: 3rd November: It’s my birthday that day and this is my gift to you! Plus, in the US there’s a very close-run election during our challenge week and things might feel stressful - a bit of daily Yoga can go a long way for feeling steady!

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Nothing! Free for every body.

Q: What kind of chair should I use?
A: Use a sturdy chair preferably without wheels (if you have wheels, add the brake) or armrests. A dining chair works perfectly!

Q: How much time does each session take?
A: Each video is between 15-25 minutes—short enough to fit into your day, but long enough to make an impact.

Q: What if I miss a day?
A: No worries! You’ll have access to all the videos after the challenge ends, so you can catch up or revisit your favorites.
