Yoga from a chair. Open & FREE for Every Body. We explore balance, strength, movement, breath and mind either whilst seated or standing with the chair/wall for support. Optional community time before class! You need: a firm dining-type chair (squishy sofas don’t work well) without wheels & a device connected to the internet. Helpful but not necessary: shoes off. Please note: sometimes we stand-up with support from the chair. If you can’t stand, no worries, there’ll be alternatives offered.
