In this delightful online workshop of heart centered practices, we’ll pay close and loving attention to the HEART, seat of Source, abode of Satya (Truth), place of Divine presence.
After following tender preparatory steps at your own pace (you’ll be offered suggestions via our exclusive online preparation space), Josie Sykes & Bahareh Panjeh Shahi lead you through asana, pranayama, meditation, visualisation, mystical poetry and the beautiful Ceramic Heart Ritual - the literal breaking of your personal ceramic heart & the golden repair to Wholeness.

Kintsugi (金継ぎ "golden joinery") is the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold. It is believed that the scars add to the beauty of the object, making it into a unique piece of art.

The heart that you’ll work with is made by hand in a small ceramic atelier in Iran - fair trade and with care. You’ll also receive golden-bronze powder, and a glue kit all bound up in beautiful 100% organic cotton boqche fabric to delight and keep your heart safe on it’s journey to you.
